Planner
From idea generation to promotional planning and production,
planners are involved throughout the creative process.
This role requires both creative thinking and logical problem-solving skills.Your mission is to solve client challenges through effective communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Plan consumer promotions
Plan consumer promotions with the elaboration “Design in-store promotional strategies e.g., at drugstore counters
Direct creators
Provide art direction for client visuals and product-related deliverables.
Manage social media
Ideal Candidate Profile
Values clear and open communication
Loves brainstorming and generating new ideas
Enjoys building logical frameworks and strategies
Interested in the advertising industry
Attuned to current trends and popular culture
Designer
Produce creative solutions to address client challenges.
Design across print, physical, and web media to enhance communication.
Key Responsibilities
Design promotional items
including bonus add-ons and POP (point-of-purchase) materials
Develop prototypes using 3D models
Create illustrations
Apply artwork to products and services
Design logos
Ideal Candidate Profile
Currently enrolled in an art university
Proficient with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
Passionate about hands-on creation and craftsmanship
Eager to integrate creative ideas into communication plans

Working Hours
Schedules are set by mutual agreement based on your availability.

Compensation
Hourly Wage: ¥1,200 – ¥4,000
(Your rate is determined according to your abilities. Under our work regulations, we consider experience, skills, and motivation. You can raise your rate by proactively proposing and launching projects.)
