Message from CEO

Like theme park characters who always greet guests with a smile,
we want to deliver a service as joyful and full of surprises
as a bento box at the theater—something that makes the entire show more exciting.

My first job after graduating from university was as an editor
for a girls’ manga magazine.

I was taught:“Always put a smile on the cover.”
“Fill every inch of the page with content.”
These lessons are etched in my mind as the foundation of how I think about service.

My next job was in planning at an advertising agency.

There, I learned: “Your mind must always be running at full speed. Stay aware in all directions.
There’s no room for carelessness—this is what service truly means.”

People who find joy in serving others and being of use to someone
naturally gather at Hirayama.

To create new kinds of service, we at Hirayama continue to
put that extra bit of thought into everything we do, every single day.
