6. Disclosure of Personal Information

A handling fee of 1,000 yen per request will be charged for each disclosure. Non-personal information such as history and characteristic data will not be disclosed in principle.

7. Correction and Deletion of Personal Information

Users may request the Company to correct, add, or delete (hereinafter referred to as “Correction, etc.”) their personal information held by the Company if it is inaccurate. If the Company deems it necessary to comply with such requests, it will promptly carry out the correction, etc., and notify the user.

8. Suspension of Use of Personal Information

If a user requests suspension or deletion (hereinafter referred to as “Suspension, etc.”) of the use of their personal information on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the scope of the intended use or was obtained by improper means, the Company will promptly conduct the necessary investigation.
Based on the results of the investigation, if the request is deemed legitimate, the Company will promptly implement the Suspension, etc., and notify the user.
However, if Suspension, etc., involves significant cost or is otherwise difficult, and alternative measures can be taken to protect the user’s rights and interests, the Company will take such alternative measures.

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy

Unless otherwise provided by law or in this Policy, the Company may change this Policy without prior notice to users.
