Ōmika Town—once a thriving hub of craftsmanship, rich in natural beauty and history—is set to host The Art Festival of Stars and Sea this summer. The festival brings together the town’s charm, local residents, and emerging artists in a collaborative effort to create something truly special. It marks the first step in a revitalization project born from the connection between a community that loves its town and the creativity of young artists.
